ADULT FITNESS

Like the phys ed class you wish you had in high school.

One 50-min class offers complete attention to your mobility, strength & endurance that is creative, engaging & scaled to your ability. If you can only make one class for the week - this would be it!

GROUP CONDITIONING

Saturday morning cardio circuits to cap off a strong week

A 50-min conditioning class for sure to get you moving, breathing & sweating. Whether you’re in for the weekend, looking to compliment your training week or getting the first workout in, this one’s for you.

Small group training classes that take your fitness to the next level. Looking to make more progress out of your time in the gym? Our LIFT classes feature:

  • A focus on exercise performance to improve your fitness & strength

  • Modifiable options & varied approaches to match your individual level

  • Small group sizes for more personal attention & coaching (max. 6)

  • Attentive workouts that progress with your performance week-to-week
